Ingredients
Scale
- 3 parts prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
- 2 parts Aperol
- splash of soda
- orange slice, to garnish
Instructions
- In a wine or Collins glass, add a few ice cubes. Add the prosecco, Aperol and a splash of soda. Garnish with the orange slice. Serve immediately.
