Ingredients
- 1 bag chai tea (I used Twinings, but any brand will do)
- 8 ounces hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces bourbon
- cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large heat-proof mug, pour the hot water over the tea bag. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes, then discard the tea bag.
- Stir in the honey, lemon juice and bourbon. Serve immediately.
